Anatomy Of A
Pocket PC
In this workshop one or more Pocket PC hardware specialists
will take apart a Pocket PC explaining each of their parts
and their interworkings. The presenters will discuss the Pocket
PC hardware architecture in great detail explaining CPU, memory,
drive, circuitry, and all other components of the dissected
Pocket PC. Then, like magic, this Pocket PC hardware specialist
will put all of the hardware parts back together again and
return the Pocket PC device to it's proper working working
function. This will be potentially your only opportunity to
see the inside of Pocket PC and how the components work together

Exclusive web templates. web templates are a bit costly and will ensure that the web templates is not resold to any other customer Using Bluetooth-Enabled Pocket PCs To
Optimize Personal Networking In The Enterprise
Bluetooth wireless technology is revolutionizing personal
connectivity by giving mobile professionals the freedom
to access the Internet and corporate networks at work, on
the road, or at home with any Bluetooth-enabled Pocket PC,
laptop, or smart phone. There are a wide variety of usage
scenarios for Bluetooth, including portable computing, device
interoperability, peer-to-peer collaboration, Internet access
through a mobile phone, and direct network access via Bluetooth
Internet access points. Bluetooth access points have an
extended range of up to 250 meters and can provide secure
connectivity for seven remote users simultaneously. Because
of its small form-factor, low cost, and minimal power consumption,
Bluetooth is quickly becoming the preferred wireless technology
for simplified personal networking with Pocket PCs in the
enterprise.

Using Pocket
PCs To Access, Enhance, And Maintain Corporate Knowledgebases
- Increasing Employee Productivity And Information Retention
It's not so much the information that gives you a strategic
advantage; it's how you use the information. Today's challenging
business environment demands that all facets of your company
work in complete balance, sharing and combining information
to ensure that every employee is working at peak efficiency
resulting in enhanced productivity. Individual departments
cannot afford to work on their own without sharing critical
information with others in the organization. To better achieve
organizational goals, companies have begun taking advantage
of their information and database resources for what they
are: an valuable training, development and organizational
management tool to manage and communicate critical information
to your knowledge workers and key staff. With many company
employees working remotely, however, information can get lost
and immediate actions postponed, to detriment of your database
development and ultimately your company's bottom line. By
linking employees and their Pocket PC's to your company's
databases, you can facilitate the flow of all information
to and from your knowledge resources, enabling both data and
employees to remain current.

The Evolving
Climate Of The "Killer" Wireless Application
Its no mystery that voice is the killer application for mobile
devices. Because most mobile devices already provide this
killer app, marketplace differentiation and the opportunity
to grow revenue await in the additional accoutrements that
telecom operators can make available to the mobile device
user. However, by adding some PIM applications and a browser
doesn't guarantee positive customer response. Mobile device
applications must be compelling -- and with the overwhelming
success of SMS in Europe and Asia, there is a flurry of opinions
on what will be next in the U.S. This session will look at
global application trends by region, and what to expect as
the industry continues to deploy 2.5G and 3G applications.
